Personal Approach

Tom was born and raised in London and has cultivated a lifelong interest in oriental movement and healing arts. He has studied and practiced Tai Chi and Qi Gong for over 12 years and is a qualified acupuncturist, having graduated from the International College of Oriental Medicine. Tom also teaches Qi Gong and Daoist Yoga, leading regular classes, workshops and retreats. He is also a practitioner of holistic massage and trained in Chinese Herbal Medicine. He lives in North London with his wife and two daughters.
